  2. In pan light brown onions and add whole spices mention above when spices release their aroma in the oil add marinated chicken and green chilli now add water in required. Now let's the chicken cook slow flame for 40 minute. When meat becomes a tender.
  3. Add rice in the yakni add salt and 1tbsp mandi masala.Let it cook.when putting rice on dum place meat on top and red hot caol too so that mandi…
  4. Put it on dum for 10 t0 15 minute now mandi is ready to serve with tomato chutney and Yoghurt garlic sauce and salad…
  5. Tomatoes chutney. Blend 2 tomatoes, 1green chilli, hara danya 2tsp,add salt to taste 1tsp zeera
  6. Yoghurt garlic sauce….mix yoghurt, 1/2tsp garlic powder, zeera 1tsp, salt to taste. Sauce ready to serve it
  7. Serving….. add rice first in a platter then nuts then mandi and sprinkle nuts. Then serve it
