For Mandi Spice Mix: In spice mixer,add black peppercorns,nutmeg,mace,dried ginger powder,green cardamom,cloves and grind to make a coarse powder & set aside.   3. #method of mandi sauce - In sab ingredients ko blender m. Add kark blend karlain or serve karain - - #Rice k oper ran ko rakh k serve karain mandi sauce or ran masala k sath.
