  8. Prepare 1 clove Garlic *finely chopped
  9. Make ready 1 small piece Ginger *finely chopped or grated
  10. Get 1 cupful Vegetables *e.g. Carrot, Boy Choy, Cabbage, Won Bok, Shiitake, Bamboo Shoot, Onion, Broccoli, Capsicum, etc
  11. Prepare 1-2 teaspoons Sesame Oil OR Oil of your choice
  12. Make ready <Sauce>
  13. Get 2 cups Chicken Stock *OR 2 cups Water & 1-2 teaspoons Asian Chicken Bouillon Powder
  14. Prepare 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  15. Prepare 1 tablespoon Sake (Rice Wine) OR Shoasing Wine
  16. Prepare 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  17. Prepare 2 tablespoons Potato Starch Flour OR Corn Starch Flour *mixed with 3 to 4 tablespoons Water

Add the sauces and stock and toss to combine. Sprinkle hot pepper flakes over top (if using). Drain and rinse under cold running water; drain again. Add the dark and light soy sauces, white pepper, salt, sugar, mushroom stir-fry sauce and vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
