  1. Prepare 1 can Dark Red Kidney Beans
  2. Get 1 can Light Red Kidney Beans

  5. Prepare 2 cans Tomato Sauce
  6. Prepare 1 package McCormick Original Chili Seasoning
  7. Get 1 Green Pepper
  8. Prepare 1 Onion
  9. Prepare 1 Lbs. Hamburger

Place cooked beef, Slow Cookers Chili Seasoning Mix, tomatoes, beans and tomato sauce in slow cooker. Stir in beef stock, kidney beans, black beans, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, chili powder, paprika, oregano, cumin and hot sauce; season with salt and pepper, to taste. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. This Crock Pot Chili is very simple!

Instructions to make Crockpot Chili:
  1. Brown Hamburger in skillet
  2. Dice Pepper and Onion.
  3. Add Hamburger, Pepper and Onion to Crockpot.
  4. Open all cans and add All Beans.
  5. Add Tomatoes and tomato sauce.
  6. Add McCormick seasoning pack to sauce and mix within sauce.
  7. Mix everything together.
  8. Put lid on crockpot and cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours. Stirring Occassionally.
  9. Serve with optional toppings of choice and refrigerate leftovers.

It does take a little bit of prep work, but it is all worth it in the end. Start by cooking your onion and garlic, then browning the ground beef. This needs to be done before the beef goes into the slow cooker. Once the beef is cooked, all of the remaining ingredients get added to the crock pot, along with the cooked beef. Place the beef in a slow cooker, and mix in onion, celery, green bell pepper, garlic, tomato puree, kidney beans, and cannellini beans.
