  2. In a pressure cooker, heat ghee, add Jeera, crushed garlic, tomatoes, spices except salt and sautee it for few mins
  3. Add methi and mix well. Remove the water from dal and add in the cooker. Add water and salt
  4. Pressure cook for 5 mins (1 whistle at medium flame)
  5. Soak Rice for 30 mins. Pressure cook with water for 15-20 mins at medium flame.
