  2. Take 1/2 cup Condensed milk
  3. Prepare to taste Sugar
  4. Take 6 tbsp Custard powder
  5. Make ready 1 packet Jelly
  6. Get 1 cup Fruit cocktail
  7. Get 1/2 cup Cake or cookies crumbs
  8. Get Apple for decoration (fish)
  9. Make ready 1/8 cup Chocolate chip

In bowl,add apple,mango,grapes,banana,peach,caster sugar and mix well. Cut jelly into cubes & set aside. Assembling: In serving dish,add plain cake slices,red jelly,green jelly,prepared custard and spread evenly. Bring milk and sugar to boil, lower flame and mix the custard powder and stir till a thick cream is formed.

Steps to make Aquarium style fruit Custard with jelly:
  1. In a pan boil milk with condensed milk, adjust sugar, when boiling add custard mixture (custard powder dissolved in 1/2 cup of milk), cook until desired consistency
  2. Make jelly as per packet instructions (u can use blue jelly for perfect sea 🌊 background, I used strawberry 🍓 (red) bcz my daughter loves this flavour)
  3. When custard lil cool add fruit cocktail, mix it well, transfer in to serving dish
  4. Pour prepared jelly on top. Keep refrigerated for chilling
  5. Before serving decorate as u like : I decorated with {apple (fish), chocolate chips as stone, cake crumbs & coconut flakes as sand with mint leaves)
  6. Enjoy

Alternate and arrange layers of cake, custard, fruits and jelly till ¾ of the bowl/glasses are filled. Top with whipped cream, nuts, some more fruits and cherries. Serve and enjoy this cool, gorgeous fruit trifle pudding. I used the syrup which the fruit is preserved as my liquid used to wet the sponge cake. I made a simple custard using readymade custard powder.
