- Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Get 2 tsp coriander leaves
- Prepare as needed oil for frying
Instructions to make Aloo Samosa:
- Knead a dough and grease with oil.
- Make the dough in oval shape.
- Divide it into 2 equal portions using a knife.
- Grease with water and make shape of cone.
- Now stuff the cone with samosa masala.
- Put little water on the edges and close and seal tightly.
- Now deep-fry the samosa on a low flame.
- Stir occasionally and fry the samosa on low flame for 15 minutes.
- Let it turn golden a little.
- Serve it with green chutney and tamarind chutney.
