- Drop fritters in hot oil 3 at a time and cook until golden brown. Fry at 375.
- Makes about 18 fritters.
- Use a honey mustard or a cocktail sauce for dipping.
Check your local seafood specialty stores. It may be a little pricey as it can be hard to get, but it can be kept.
