  1. First step-First of all mix Milk, Agar powder, Jelly powder and Caster sugar and then boil them. After boiling them keep it in fridge for 15 minutes.
  2. Second step-To make second layer we have to mix Mango puree, Caster sugar, Agar powder and Water. And after mixing all ingredients we have to boil them.
  3. Third step-After completing both the steps. In next step while making the third layer we have to repeat step no.1(1st step) which is mentioned above. And to make 4th layer we need to repeat 2nd step of mango layer which is also mentioned.(2nd step mango layer)
  4. Fourth step-Now it's time to make Mango flower for decorating our cake. To make mango flower firstly cut mango in slices and then make flower of those slice's. And put them(Mango flower) on top of the cake.
  5. Last step-Transparent Layer (this is the last step)- to make Transparent layer first of all mix- Water, Agar powder and caster sugar together and then boil them. And then put them on top of the layer.

Delicious jelly made using tender coconut flesh and mango pieces dotted all over it. This agar agar jelly is super easy to make and takes just few minutes to set as well. I have lots of agar agar packets lying in my cupboard. So decided to put them to good use.
