- Take a wok with oil and deep fry the potatoes on medium flame till golden brown on both sides.
- Take them out in a plate and sprinkle the masala powder on them.
- Similarly,deep fry the brinjals on medium flame till golden brown.
- Sprinkle the masala powder on brinjals too and serve them hot.
To the same pan, add garlic, green chillies, Onions and Capsicums. Add the fried potatoes and brinjal and close and mix well.
