  4. Now add rose essence in the Watermelon juice.grease the ice tray with oil.now take Watermelon juice in a pan and put on gas on low flame.
  5. Now continue stirr the Watermelon mixture.so that any lums would not be found.continue stirr till mixture becomes thick.now let's cool little bit.then fill it in greased ice tray.
  6. Fill Grease ice tray with mixture.put in refrigerator overnight to set.Watermelon Jelly is Ready.
