Instructions to make Pitaya Jelly:
  1. Put the sugar, jelly powder and water in pan. Mix.
  2. Put on the heat. Cook until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is boiling.
  3. Turn off the heat. Put the pitaya inside. Stir to mix.
  4. Put into your favourite moulds. Let them rest on room temperature to let the hot heat away.
  5. Put in the fridge. Enjoy.
