  2. In a medium bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
  3. In a large bowl mix all of the wet ingredients (including the bell pepper), using your hands.(Except for 1 cup of ketchup or BBQ sauce)
  4. Combine both wet and dry ingredient in the large bowl, again mixing using your hands.
  5. When all of the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, form them into a bread loaf baking pan. Form into a loaf.
  6. Place the pan into the 350° oven for 1 hour.
  7. At the end of the hour pull the meatloaf out of the over and top with the remaining 1 cup of ketchup or BBQ sauce.
  8. Place the meatloaf back into the oven for 30 min.
  9. Remove from oven and allow it to cool for 15 mins then serve. YUM!!!
