Boiled the potatoes until they are soft and let cool. Peel and chop the potatoes in small. These Masala Potatoes are fiery red, zesty and appetizing. They are the perfect side for a plate of dal and rice, and they work as a snack too!
Steps to make Mini masala potato:
- Boiled potato in cooker by 1whistle took a pan add oil
- Put jeera hing methi dana and roast them well now add garlic & onion also roast it for 3 min
- Peel potato & use fork for lightly hole.remove onion masala from the pan & grind it with kaju
- Now took 1 spoon oil in pan haldi & chilli powder & roast aloo for 3 min transfer aloo in another bowl
- Put the pan 2nd time add oil sabut mirch tej patta elaichi clove roast them & add grind masala &tomato puree
- Cook well until drop oil add 1 cup water cover it lid low flame for 5 min at last drop
- Aloo stir them slowly again cover the lid after 2 or 3 min add garammasala kasuri methi & gur
- Ganish with cream serve it roti,bread or as a snack
