- Boil the washed and peeled potatoes for few minutes and wait until it is boiling nicely and after in it keep them aside.
- Make a paste of flour/atta (Here I have used nice atta) with some masala ingredients are like spicy herbs, garam masala, chopped green chilli, chopped red chilli, chopped onions, chopped garlic, and mix them well by adding a little bit of water.
- Grind all the mix ingredients in a grinder machine and pour the paste in a bowl and add a pinch of baking powder, then mix it well.
- Cut the boiled potatoes in half, dip them in the prepared mixture, heat the oil in a pan and fry them well and keep them aside in another pan.
- Make the curd paste in an another bowl by adding the garam masala and spice herbs and salt as you needed.
- When serving, place the finely fried potatoes in a bowl, pour the sour curd mixture over it and garnish with crushed almond pieces, cashews and decorated raisins.
