  2. Prepare 2 cup dates
  3. Get 1/2 cup finely chopped figs

  6. Take 1/2 cup dry coconut powder
  7. Take 1 cup Desi ghee
Instructions to make Oreo Dates Delight:
  1. First remove cream from the Oreo biscuits and crush it.
  2. Do not over crush or do not make fine powder. (Half crushed)
  3. Now dessed the dates and chop it finely.
  4. Take a non stick pan.
  5. Add ghee into it.
  6. When ghee strated melting add dates into it.
  7. Stir it using spetulla.
  8. Make sure the flame is medium.
  9. Stir continuesly to avoid mixture Stik on pan.
  10. Stir continuesly until it gets mixed.
  11. Stir approximately 12-15 minutes.
  12. Or until dates gets melted.
  13. After that add figs and again stir it for 7 to 8 minutes.
  14. Now add crush Oreo biscuits and mix well.
  15. Add chopped almonds & cashews.
  16. Mix everything well.
  17. Stir on medium flame until mixture starts unsticking from pan (or ghee starts sperating from mixture) approximately 5-8 minutes.
  18. Now turn off the flame.
  19. Let mixture little cool down.
  20. Now make the round balls from the mixture.
  21. Dip the balls into dry coconut powder or sprinkle some coconut powder over it.
  22. By repeating this steps make all the balls.
  23. Store it in air tight Container.
  24. When there is party in your home serve it to your guests.
  25. Oreo Dates Delight is ready to serve.
