One of my favourite comfort foods is anything which has potatoes in it; a simple Pakistani dish of potatoes, with the added nutty fragrance of zeera (cumin seeds), called Aloo ki Bhujia or Zeera Aloo , comes to mind. To me, comfort food should not require too much fiddling or prepping.

- Heat the pan add oil and zeera sauté than add onions fry it then add tomato stir it well.
- Now add all the spices mix it well cover it to make a masala with 2 spoon of water.
- Now add aloo stir it and add 1/4 cup of water and cook it until it becomes tender completely.
- Now open the lid add leftovers turai ki sabzi stir it and cook it until oil comes out completely, add green chilli garam masala and Coriander leaves.
- A yummy combination of turai with aloo ki bujia is ready to serve, enjoy it.
