  1. First of all take multigrain flour & knead it with help of water..
  2. Boil potatoes,peel it & keep them aside for some time to cool them at room temperature..& roast jeera on tawa.
  3. Finely chopped onion,green chillies & add all these to mashed potatoes..add also roasted jeera,kastoori methi,salt,red chilli powder,& pav bhaji masala to it & mix well.(pav bhaji masala is optional).
  4. Take a small ball of dough & fill it with potato mixture & roll it..& shallow fry this on tawa..until it becomes golden brown on both sides.
  5. Your Aloo paratha is ready,serve it with butter & curd.
