- Jab pani khushk hojai to qeema ma po tato add kar ke bhoon le phir 1 cup water add kar ke potato ke gal Jane or pani khushk hone take pakaen.
- Jab pani khushk hojai or potato gal jai to us ma adrak,green chilli or hara dhania daal De or Thora sa pees hua garam masala add kar ke 5 min dam Pe rakhde. After 5 min flame off karde.
