- Boil eggs for 15 min then drain it & peel when cool down..
- Peel & cut potatoes & keep it aside.
- Blend onion, tomatoes, yoghurt, green chilli in blender to make paste.
- In pan add oil on medium flame add ginger garlic paste and cumin seeds, mustard seeds when it cracks add prepared masala paste & bhoonify it for 5 minutes..
- Add all spices & cook it till pil separates..
- Add potatoes in prepared masala & add 1 cup water & cook till potatoes become tender..
- Fry peeled eggs in 1 tsp oil & put them in gravy..bow again cook for 5min on slow flame..
- Garnish it with coriander leaves..enjoy with Nan rootii
- Serve hot
