- Make ready 1 tablespoon butter for each frankie

Steps to make Aloo Cheese Frankie:
- Take flour in a bowl add salt and knead a nice soft dough using water.
- Apply 1 tablespoon oil knead properly and cover and keep for 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes, add 1 more tablespoon oil and knead the dough again to make it smooth divide the dough in small portions, I get 10 portions using this much maida
- Take one portion and roll it into thin chapati
- On hot tawa, half cook the chapati on one side and cook nicely on other side. repeat for all chapatis. Keep the chapatis ready.
- Pressure cook potatoes, once done, peel and mash using fork while potatoes are still warm it helps in mashing nice and smooth
- In a pan add oil once hot add chopped onion and saute till tender add salt to cook faster
- Once done add all the dry masalas and 1 tablespoon water and simmer the flame now add mashed potatoes mix properly so that the potatoes are nice covered in masala
- Once done remove from heat and keep aside the filling is ready
- For chutney, add all the ingredients and blend till smooth.
- To assemble take one chapati and apply green chutney on the cooked side, now take a small portion of potato filling make a cylinder and keep it on one edge of chapati.
- Grate cheese cube on the potato filling, depending on your liking of cheese I use half cheese cube per frankie😊
- Heat a non stick tawa, put 1 tablespoon butter and keep the chapati on tawa till its nicely done now fold the chapati, if possible on tawa or after removing on plate.
- Roll it nicely and serve with green chutney and ketchup😊
- Repeat for all chapatis.
