- For heavy bottom pan put olive oil..satue capsicum and zucchini first cook for 2 minutes add boiled baby corn, sweet corn, peas, broccoli, tomato saute for a minute add all herbs oregano, chilli flakes, dry thyme, dry rosemary, dry basil, black pepper powder (optional), salt as per taste again cook for half minute then mix the pressure cooked rice and daal khichadi in stir fried veggies properly..
- Garnish with chopped parsley/ coriander. Serve the spicy Mexican khichadi hot..
- You can change the quantity of chilli flakes and black pepper according to your taste.. do not add carrot, ginger, garlic, onion, in Jain Mexican khichadi..
