  8. Take a pan add oil heat it well. Then switch off the gas and let it cool down a little bit.
  9. Then switch on the gas on low flame and add prepared samosa and fry it deeply.
  10. Remember that samosa are not add in too much hot oil
  11. Always add them in a little hot oil and cook them slow to medium flame for enjoying it's crispiness.
