  14. Get 4-5 curry leaves
  15. Take 4-5 tbsp water

  17. Prepare 4-5 tbsp tamarind pulp
  18. Take 2 small boiled potato
  19. Prepare as per the taste Salt
  20. Prepare 1 tsp Red chilli powder
Instructions to make Aloo Sandwich Dhokla:
  1. In a bowl add besan, salt, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and oil mix them together then add water according to the constiency make a smooth batter. Allow it to rest for 20-30min then add eno 1tsp water and beat it. Grease the plate with oil. Pour this mixture into the plate steam it on high flame for 10min. After 10min check it with inserting tooth pick. If it comes clear out turn of the gas. And let it cool down.
  2. Now for tempering in a pan add oil as it heats add mustard seeds as it crackles add curry leaves and green chilli and then add water let it boil for 2-3min then pour this on top of steamed dhokla.
  3. For stuffing. Mash the potato add salt and red chilli powder and mix it. Now cut the dhokla into the desire shape you require. I have cut into circle. Divide into 1 layer from middle then apply tamrind pulp on both side then apply potato mixture on one side and cover it on top with layer.
  4. Serve it with coriander chutney and decorate it with your fav emoji.
