- Strain the whey(liquid left after paneer is made) and keep aside in separate bowl.
- Take a teaspoon of butter Heat it in small kadhai. Add garlic let it saute fr 1 minute. Add all the vegetables and cover it and keep it fr 5 mins on simmer so that vegatables get cooked in the steam.
- Then add the whey liquid. Let it boil. Add salt, pepper, soya sauce and green chilli sauce according to your taste buds.
- Let it boil fr another 5 minutes. Serve hot with chopped coriander as garnish.
