The ingredients needed to make Dum Aloo:
  1. Take 6 small size Potato
  2. Prepare 1 Finely chopped Onion
  3. Make ready 1 Finely chopped Tomato

  6. Take 1/2 bowl Fresh Malai/cream
  7. Prepare 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  8. Prepare 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  9. Get 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  10. Take 1 teaspoon kitchen king masala
  11. Make ready 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  12. Make ready to taste Salt
  13. Make ready FOR POTATO FILLING
  14. Take 50 gm Paneer
  15. Get 50 gm Green Peas
  16. Take 1 smalll Onion
  17. Make ready 1 small Tomato
  18. Make ready 1 Green chilli
  19. Make ready 8-9 raisin/kishmish
Instructions to make Dum Aloo:
  1. Chop onion, tomato, peas and green chilli in chopper. - Take a pan,heat 1tablespoon oil on medium flame. Add 1 teaspoon cumin seed. Now add chopped veg to it. Stir for 5 minutes then add crushed paneer. Stir fry for 2 minutes and turn off the flame,keep aside
  2. Now peel potatoes and hollow them. - Heat oil in a pan and fry all the potatoes till they turn golden brown. - Now fill them with the mixture.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon cumin seeds to it. - Add finely chopped onion, green chilli and salt. - Stir until it turns golden brown. - Add finely chopped tomato to it and Mix well
  4. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, Kitchen king masala(optional) and turmeric powder. - Stir and mix well on med flame.
  5. Now add small bowl of fresh malai in it and stir for 5 min. - Add required water and continue to boil until gravy thickens.
  6. Add pototoes and mix. - Cover pan with lid for 5 minutes. - Turn Off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream.
