- Wash cauliflower and potato
- Heat oil and deep fry cauliflower and potato separately. Keep it aside.
- In a pan heat 2 tbsp of oil, add cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onion and cook untill it is light brown, next add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, cook untill the raw smells goes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook untill they are mushy
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Give it a mix.
- Add fried cauliflower and potato. Cook for 4-5 mins
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve with hot rotis.
