  1. Wash cauliflower and potato
  2. Heat oil and deep fry cauliflower and potato separately. Keep it aside.
  3. In a pan heat 2 tbsp of oil, add cumin seeds.
  4. Add chopped onion and cook untill it is light brown, next add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, cook untill the raw smells goes.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook untill they are mushy
  6. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Give it a mix.
  7. Add fried cauliflower and potato. Cook for 4-5 mins
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves
  9. Serve with hot rotis.
