  3. Brush the mold with vegetable oil thinly. Pour the mixture into the plastic mold. Steam for 7-10 minutes depending on how big the mold is. - In a bowl, add all ingredients B. Mix well. Strain.
  4. Pour mixture B on top of mixture A until the mold is full. Steam again for 7-10 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  5. Serve warm or cold! (I like it more when its warm 👍🏻) Yum! 😋

Instead of the normal two layer, I made it three layers using three different colors of the potato. The purple, orange and the original white potato. Perfect for tea and serve best with coconut sugar. However, it rain in the morning. So we decided to make Malaysia traditional cake~ kuih talam labu (pumpkin) or talam keledek (sweet potato) while waiting for the rain to stop.
