  2. Take 2 cups water

  4. Get 1/2 cube caldo de tomate

  6. Make ready 1/4 of a small to medium yellow onion
  7. Take 2 tablespoons oil

  4. Take the rice off heat and carefully pour it onto the rice cooker. Stir. Close the lid and turn on.
  5. Once rice is done stir and serve.

Use the spatula to remove the rice from the pan to and transfer it to a rice cooker. Stir to combine, close the rice cooker, and cook on the white rice setting until done. Add all ingredients to the inner pot of rice cooker. Stir, close the lid and press the White Rice or cook button, depending on your rice cooker. When rice cooker switches to Keep-Warm mode, open the cooker, quickly stir and re-cover.
