  4. After 1hr place it in your working table and cut your shape.
  5. Deep fry them for 5 min till golden brown.
  6. Serve and take with tea, fruit juice and soda.

I get so excited whenever it is on the menu and it's not very often, for. Mandazi, African Donuts - light, fluffy and incredibly tasty.
