I did as suggested and substituted fat free evaporated milk and Cool Whip Lite. I also blended the bread and Cool Whip first to avoid overflowing the blender too much then added the milks. Steps to make Bread kulfi:
  1. Take a pan add milk and boil it until half or thick
  2. Add milk powder in 1/2 cup of cold milk add this into boil milk
  3. Add bread crumbs sugar let it cool put it in the kulfi mould
  4. Freeze it over night remove the mould and garnish with colour balls
