- If the suribachi is too small, when you pour in the dashi stock, transfer the ingredients from the mortar to a larger bowl.
I couldn't find nerigoma in any of the stores here and didn't want to use tahini…I just toasted and grinded up sesame seeds (no suribachi unfortunately) then mixed in everything else.
