- In a pan , add flour and butter. Then add in about 2 cups of milk. Stir this up.
- Add in just the velveeta cheese and melt. You can make this as thick as you like. The consistency is your preference.
- Add in 1 or half of a taco seasoning package to your cheese mixture . Mix well.
- In a casserole dish add your noodles, cheese mixture and hamburger. Mix well.
- Taste and make sure that it has enough seasoning. Add salt , pepper and more taco seasoning if necessary.
- Place the cubed or thin slices of the other cheese around the dish , middle everywhere. Cover with foil and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Take it out of the oven , uncover.
