  2. Get oil
  3. Get capsicum chopped

  2. In a wok heat oil. Add garlic and ginger and fry. Add chopped veggies and stif fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add soy sause and chilli sause.
  4. After the sauses are cooked add water and vinegar.
  5. Cook for about 1 minute. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Mix cornflour and 2 tbsp water in a separate bowl.
  7. Add the corn slury and cook till thickens.
  8. Taste and adjust accordingly.
  9. In a bowl add the fried noodles then add the gravy on top. Top it with some more fried noodles and spring onion.
