  6. Now you can make small balls and deep fry it in a pan. If you are familiar the way bhajias are made you can fry them that way too. Preferable just fry 5-6 at a time.
  7. When you are about to put the ball in the oil make sure the oil is on high flame and then let them cook on medium flame for about 4-5 min until they turn biscuit brown.
  8. Once it ready serve it hot with mint chutney.

If it is a truly non-stick like, then you wouldn't need to add any oil and the vegetable balls will still get a crispy brownish crust. Once the veggie balls are firm, remove from the fridge. This is now my favorite meatball recipe! Have tried balls with nuts and mushrooms, but now prefer this. If the batter is too wet to mold, add more of the dry ingredient.
