Preheat a waffle maker. spray oil on the surface of waffle maker. pour 1-2 tbsp of batter & spread out evenly. close the lid ofthe waffle maker. after 3-4 minutes open the lid. carefully remove the baked waffle in a serving plate. repeat with remaining batter. (u can also store the batter in refrigerator for 2-3 days)
  3. If u dnt have waffle maker u can prepare pancakes from this batter.

Add the flour and baking powder. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter. As usual, bake in a preheated waffle iron until golden brown and steam no longer escapes iron. Close lid of waffle iron and cook according the waffler instructions. Of all the waffles recipes I've tried on this site this one would probably be the least easy to make with its requirements of grated lemon zest and beating the egg white separately.
