The ingredients needed to make Mango Cigar:
- Make ready 10 slices Mango papad
- Make ready 1 cup milk powder
- Make ready 10 date
- Take 10 Anjeer/ fig
- Take 1/2 cup milk
- Prepare 1 tbsp icing sugar
- Get 2 tbsp white chocolate
- Make ready 2 tbsp dark chocolate
- Make ready 1 tbsp cream
- Get 1 tsp Ghee
- Prepare 1 tbsp Pineapple pulp
Instructions to make Mango Cigar:
- Soak the Anjeer and dates for 1 hour, then make fine paste with pineapple pulp then heat a kadai pour this paste cook in low flame for 7 minutes, continuously stirring it,make thick dough.
- For milk powder mawa, heat milk in a kadai, add milk powder stir well add ghee and icing sugar stir continuously, make a soft dough.
- Cut the mango papad like shown in the below attached pictures, stuffed with milk powder mawa then add date anjeer mixture roll it like a cigar, decorate with chocolate line. Serve chilled.
- For chocolate line,in a bowl pour chocolate slices microwaved it for 30 seconds then mix with cream then use it to put lines like shown in the below pictures.
