Heat oil in skillet on med hi. Add green peppers, pineapple and salt; saute until peppers are tender. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, broth, vinegar and soy sauce until smooth. Heat oil in skillet and brown livers slightly.
