  13. Now in an aluminum foil wrap these ready logs nicely and place them in the refrigerator for 2 hours
  14. After two hours take them out from the refrigerator and cut into discs, approximately half centimeter in thickness
  15. Keep them in an airtight container, you can store them for a longer period in the refrigerator. It will remain good for a week in normal temperature
