Instructions to make Chinese potli stuffed with manchurian ball:
- In a bowl take all purpose flour,2 tsp oil,A pinch of salt and sufficient water for make the potli dough. Cover and keep aside.
- Mix the finely chopped Cabbage,capsicum and carrot in a bowl. Add corn flour and 2 tsp of water. Mix everything well and make a tiny manchurian balls of it.Heat sufficient oil in a kadhai and fry manchurian balls. Fry on medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour.
- In a pan heat 2 tap oil.add ginger garlic paste,green chilly and saute a minute.Add some chopped onion and saute till its translucent. Add all sauces. Now add manchurian balls and cook for 1 minute. Manchurian balls are ready.
- For cook the noodles heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add onion and capsicum. Saute For 2-3 minutes. Add red chilly flakes and salt to taste. Add 1tsp red chilly sauce and mix everything well. Then add the boiled noodles. Mix well and keep aside.
- Make small sized of ball from the prepared dough. Roll out small poori. Spread a little red chilly sauce in each poori and,1 manchurian ball and 1/2tsp of noodles and pack it with the shape of a potli.
- Heat oil for frying and fry all potli on medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour. Remove from oil and keep it napkin paper.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chilly sauce.
Then, with the spoon, scoop out a little filling and place it in the middle of the rolled out dough. Bring the edges together in the middle to form a potli.
