Set a large nonstick saute pan over medium heat. Season with salt and set aside. Coat baking dish with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix dill, butter, lemon juice, and garlic.

  1. Preheat oven 350°
  2. Crush almonds and mix in with breadcrumbs
  3. Melt butter then mix in with breadcrumbs and almonds. Use more butter if need to hold the breadcrumbs together. Should be clumped not creamy.
  4. Dip fillets in flour
  5. Spread mayo on one side of fillet and add breadcrumb mix on top
  6. Place in baking pan. Add 1/8 of water in pan avoiding the topping.
  7. Cook for 20 min or until topping is brown.

Season both sides of the fish well with salt and pepper. Place the same pan over medium heat, and add butter and olive oil. When both begin to bubble, add cod fillets skin side up. Transfer fish to a warm serving plate, skin side down. Smear the top of the fish with an even layer of mayonnaise.
