  11. add (tear up ) Spinach into the soup pot .. stir and cover again (for about another 3 minutes) once it wilts into the soup , the soup is ready to serve!
  12. to serve: serve pasta in a soup bowl, then ladle soup (minimeatballs, carrots, celery, broth) over pasta . .then sprinkle Parmesean cheese , salt and pepper to taste
