- Take Brown sugar
Top with sauce; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Add the spring onions and the chicken and stir fry until chicken is nearly cooked. Drain the pineapple juice from the pieces into a bowl. Add the cornflour to the juice and mix well.

- Put rice in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, cummin, minced onion, garlic powder & pepper
- Pour bag of frozen peas on top of rice
- In a bowl, wisk together mustard, hot sauce, water, bbq sauce & Worcestershire sauce until evenly blended
- Pour liquid mixture into baking dish
- Coat chicken in Brown sugar and place on top of rice.. Season with steak seasonings and salt and pepper
- Put pineapple chunks on top.of chicken
- Bake at 375° in a preheated oven for 1 hour or until rice and chicken are cooked threw.
Add the pineapple pieces to the chicken in the frypan and cook two more minutes. Add the pineapple juice/cornflour mixture to the pan and bring to the boil. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the pineapple juice, soy sauce, chicken stock, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, garlic and cornstarch. Stir in the honey, teriyaki sauce and pepper. Add pineapple and chicken; heat through.
