  2. Prepare 100 ml water (warm)
  3. Prepare 100 ml Low fat Milk

  7. Get Sprinkle of Chicken stock granules

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl.
  2. Beat lightly and and water, low fat milk and Condensed milk into the bowl. Beat and mix well.
  3. Add seasoning. Salt, Black pepper, Chinese celery and the chicken stock.
  4. Used a heatproof bowls when you steam the eggs. Cover the top with a wrap.
  5. Steam for 30 minutes or so.
  6. When the eggs is ready sprinkle the fried garlic with oil on top of the eggs together with spring onions.
