- Take 3 large eggs
- Prepare 100 ml water (warm)
- Prepare 100 ml Low fat Milk

- Get Sprinkle of Chicken stock granules
- Get Fried garlic with oil

- Beat lightly and and water, low fat milk and Condensed milk into the bowl. Beat and mix well.
- Add seasoning. Salt, Black pepper, Chinese celery and the chicken stock.
- Used a heatproof bowls when you steam the eggs. Cover the top with a wrap.
- Steam for 30 minutes or so.
- When the eggs is ready sprinkle the fried garlic with oil on top of the eggs together with spring onions.
