Check if the cheese cake if it has raised a little bit it's ok and if it looks a little bit wagaly that's normal. But if it is to liquidity it may need a little bit more time ..(If the crust starts to get to dark cover it with foil paper )
  5. Take it out of the oven and Let it cool off. (Also you can leave it in the oven turned off with the oven door half open to cool ) Once it's cool put it on the refrigerator for at list 2 hours ..you can also top it with caramel and picans or berries any pinging you like…^_^
