- Than add the cauliflower and cook for 2-3 mins. Now add garam masala. And add green peas. Cook for another 3-4 mins. Once done switch off the flame. And let it cool
- Roll out the dog balls into flat puris.
- Cut into two and in put in the peas cauliflower mixture into it and make samosas. Total 8 samosas will be made
- Take oil in a kadai and fry the samosas…
- Serve with tomato ketchup and Hot tea.
