- Plattering~ 1st; Set vegetables mix in the platter in a circle. 2nd; set tr-colour Pasta in middle of the vegetables circle.3rd; set french fries on 4 corners of the platter. 4rd; pour hot soucy chicken gravy on the pasta. (At the end can pour some thousand Island dressing on top of the chicken (its optional).
