- wash rice only once
- cook rice in a rice cooker
- chop onion into small bits
- chop other vegitables into small bits
- add olive oil on to a smoking pan
- put the oven on high broil
- sautee garlic, add pinch of salt
- place all vegitables except mushroom
- after the onion browns add pinch of salt
- place cooked vegitables onto a plate let it rest
- open up the sausage and mix it with the ground beef
- add salt to mixed protein
- add the chilli powder when the heat is off, mix throughly
- cut the red pepper into 3 pieces. cutting vertically
- take rice out, add oil to a smoking pan and place the rice
- fry rice until the surface is starting to golden brown
- add tomato paste and crushed tomato, season with few dashes of salt and pepper
- you can add oregano, thyme or garlic podwer
- mix all the chilling ingridients into the tomato sauce
- season the cut pepper with dash of salt and pepper
- put the tomato sauce mix into the red pepper
- crush the feta cube into a flat cube, place them so they cover the mix within the red pepper
- add pinch of salt on top of the feta
- place it in the oven for 3 minutes
- shotgun a beer and wait ;)
- take out chill then serve
