- Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Take 3 tsp curry leaves
- Prepare 1 red chilli

I use this channel to upload and share my recipes. Peel and cut mangoes, remove seeds and quarter, boil in salted water till tender. Heat oil, fry mustard seeds till they splutter, add fenugreek and cummin seeds, curry leaves and onion, fry till onion. Moong Daal Pakoda kadhi -Kadhi is a popular Indian dish and is quite different from the - curry :).
Steps to make Raw mango kadhi and cauliflower pokoda:
- Every ingredients keep ready for kadhi..
- Add besan and curd in a bowl. Then add water and keep aside.
- Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan, add cumin and green chillies, when cumin makes cracking sound add raw mango, turmeric powder and saute for time untill tender. Add besan mix in low flame. Then flame the high add chilli, salt and Pokoda. Pokoda prepared recipe is down..so first you prepared Pokoda, then start to prepared kadhi.
- Heat oil for tempering and all ingredients of tempering.Add tempering to prepared Pokoda kadhi and also at last adjust seasoning.
- Pokoda preparation: Cauliflower florets first clean with warm water with turmeric and salt. Then dry with paper towel and blend it in mixing bowl.
- With couliflower mix everything the listed ingredients and mix properly, if required add besan more and make round Pokoda balls.
- Deep fry with oil. Pokoda ready.
