  3. Heat oil to pan, add in garlic and cabbage to stir fry (3min) cover with lid.
  4. Drain off all the water from the boiled ingredients and place all the ingredients to the frying pan with the cabbages. (stir fry well)
  5. Add the Mala sauce and add in water (stir fry well - 2min),cover with lid (5min) stir fry another 3min, ready to serve
